Meet our founders
Dr. Ravid Shechter-Ushpizin, PhD. Co-founder
Research expert & breastfeeding mom (>5 cumulative years) Ravid received her B.Sc in Biochemistry from the Technion institute of technology and her direct track Ph.D. from the Weizmann Institute of science. Ravid's scientific expertise includes immunology, developmental neurobiology, stem cell research and central nervous system repair. Ravid is a mother of two, both of which she proudly breastfed for a total of over 5 years while persisting with her successful full time scientific career. Ravid received many honors and prizes, including the prestigious John. F. Kennedy prize, in recognition of academic excellence and scientific accomplishments.
Dr. Sharon Haramati, PhD. Co-founder
Research expert & breastfeeding mom (>5 cumulative years) Sharon received her B.Sc. in the joint program for medicine and life sciences From TAU, and her M.Sc. and Ph.D. from the Weizmann Institute of science. Sharon's valued scientific research focused on molecular genetics of behavior, psychiatric disorders, neuroendocrinology, as well as neuropsychology of human memory. During her research, Sharon also completed a program in economics, business, finance and intellectual properties. Sharon overcame many breastfeeding difficulties, during which she envisioned mymilk concept. Since then she become a mother of another baby boy, who she proudly breasted over two years, with extended knowledge. She also tested her milk, and was excited to get her results.

We partnered with AML, American medical laboratories, Israel's largest privately held Clinical Laboratory. AML successfully participates in multiple International Quality Control Schemes, and hold the international iso 15189 medical laboratories. AML has global alliances with major international central labs, as well as partners of large entities in Israel, such as Herzliya Medical Center (a leading Israeli private hospital). AML operates laboratory services for clinical trials to the international pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

Nourit Klepar RD, CDN
Nutrition expert & breastfeeding mom (4 cumulative years) Nourit is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and a Certified Dietetic Nutritionist (CDN) by the New York State. She holds a degree in Psychology and Nutrition and Food Science from Hunter College, NY. Nourit has been providing nutritional counseling for the past 14 years specializing in the areas of weight loss, medical nutrition therapy (diabetes and cardiovascular disease), pre and postnatal nutrition, pediatric and teen nutrition and recipe analysis. With experience in Manhattan, New York and Israel. Nourit also holds a dietetic instructor position at the Israeli ministry of health.

Prof. Eidelman is the former director of NICU at Shaare Zedek Medical center, the former president of the American breastfeeding medicine association and the head of policy statement section committee on breastfeeding American academy of pediatrics.
